8 Week Weight Management Lifestyle Program One-on-one 30 minutes coaching: 8 personalized weekly sessions to help you transform your eating, exercise, and other lifestyle habits. Each session will be an informative, supportive and fun way to help you make positive lifestyle changes, manage your weight and learn how to work towards your health goals. The 8 weeks will include the following: - Goal Setting & Accountability - Physical Activity one weekly class is included in the package! - Weight Management Strategies - Nutrition - Sleep & Mental Health - 30 Minute Weekly Coaching One of the main benefits of participating in the Weight Management Program is the support because it's a lot harder to stick to a program on your own! DETAILS OF WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM: 1:1 Coaching: A private, 1:1 weekly coaching session to help busy people manage weight & learn the strategies and effective options for your Lifestyle & Weight Management SUCCES. Lifestyle Management: Our program is not a diet. We don't tell you to give up your favourite foods and drinks completely. Collaboration: We will work together to create a nutrition and exercise plan that allows you to enjoy your favourite foods and drinks while still creating a positive lifestyle change. Convenient: The Weight Management Program is 100% online. Our coaching sessions, workouts, nutrition lessons, macronutrient goals, and/or habits are digital. You have the flexibility to complete your workouts and nutrition habits when you have time on your own schedule. Weekly Challenges to complete to excel your results and improve your health and fitness. WHAT'S INVOLVED Private 30-minute coaching calls each month, where we will discuss your weekly habits, and more importantly, your roadblocks so that we are constantly in sync with each other and progressing towards your weight loss goals together as a team. By discussing your roadblocks, we can work together to find ways to push through your setbacks. We will work together to learn about your current relationship with food and exercise. Each week you'll have goals to meet and personal activities to achieve. The work is to create positive habits, create accountability and learn why you eat the way you do to make the lifestyle changes you've set out for yourself.
