For 2021, we will be offering one free class every month. All you need to do is subscribe to our newsletter or visit this page often! We'll be adding our classes here.
One free, live class will be held each month. We will host these classes every second Sunday once a month. You will need to register for each class. Plus, once you're a member of O Flo Fitness, you'll get first access to all our other promotions and programs.
Tap into our LIVE class energy and motivation from the comfort of your home. Each class will range from 30 to 60 minutes.
If you’re looking for a cardio sweat session, try our Barre Workout. The Barre workout requires a chair, Thereaband and yoga mat. You may need dumbells too. Our Barre Workout combines Pilates with strength training for a full-body workout.

Cecilia is teaching a 50-minute FLO FUSION® class on zoom. Get your friends together to take the Flo Fusion class! All you need is a set of weights (3-5lb ideally or cans/bottles if you don't have them) and resistance bands, which are optional. Flo Fusion is a full-body sculpting and conditioning workout.

A 60 minute Heart Opening Yin Yoga sequence. A closed-off chest with rounded shoulders can signal more than just bad posture. It’s also the stance when we experience grief, sadness, or even fear. Coming out of this posture through a heart-opening sequence will help bring the mind and emotions out of grief and into a more open space, where the heart energy can flow freely.
