Where do I sign in?


You can sign-up at the top menu, the page called "Classes".




On which devices can I watch my workouts?


You can watch your saved workouts on nearly any device: Desktop or laptop computer by heading to our website iPhone and Android phone via our mobile site iPad and Android tablet via our mobile site




What props do I need?


You'll need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga blanket and a yoga strap. If you are registering for any of the Flo classes, you'll also need a Theraband. All classes, including our signature Flo classes are practiced barefoot. Barre Class The barre can be useful during deep, targeted stretches, as well as when balance proves to be a challenge. As many people do not have barres at home, we recommend using a sturdy chair and oney without arms. Your food should be comfortable when placing it on the seat.




How do I know which class is right for me?


If you have limited fitness mobility and new to the Flowr technique, or suffer from chronic pain, we suggest that you take Flo Stretch or Flo Mobility. Remember to relax your muscles during all the workouts and move slowly and gently until you feel ready to pick up the pace and intensity.




Do you offer refunds?


We do not offer refunds. All classes are online and live stream. Please ensure you are available to attend all classes before you purchase a package. You can purchase one class to see if you like it.




Will you be adding more products to your shop page?


Yes! But we're picky so we'll take our time before adding more items to our shop page. If you have any suggestions, we'd love to hear from you!
