Yoga Flow Happiness Booster

Sometimes all it takes is a yoga flow inspired to calm the energy flow and encourage more joy into your daily life.

According to yoga philosophy, Santosha, which means contentment, is a form of self-discipline. In other words, happiness is a skill and practice. In this one-hour yoga class, we will practice gratitude for what we have and the ability to choose - to choose to be conscious of our contentment more often.

The Class

I offer a simple daily practice focused on opening the heart, soothe the nervous system, and expanding the lungs to help uplift the spirits.

We will work to broaden and lengthen the ribcage to give our lungs more space to expand, breathe bigger, fuller breaths, feeding the brain with oxygen, and releasing happiness hormones. Throughout the one-hour yoga class, we will practice gratitude. We will start with 5-minute journaling, centring and a mantra to help us free up some space in our heads and hearts.

All levels welcomed.
