If you suffer from tight hips, this can negatively affect your posture, mobility and flexibility.
In this Yin Yoga Hip Joint Release Workshop, we will move into specific asanas to help release the hip joint and work into the deep connective tissue. We will focus on stretching the soft tissues and relaxing the connective tissues with yoga postures that are sure to provide a deep release.
We will also create balance in the body, stretching and strengthening.

- Reduced Back & Knee Injuries. Tight hip joints can cause back pain. The body sometimes will compensate for this in the form of knock-kneed and feet pronated. These movement dysfunctions can stress the lower back and knees.
- Ease in Fitness. Healthy hip mobility will help you if your a runner, yoga teacher or generally want to improve your mobility and accessibility.
Overdeveloped and tight hip flexors can be caused by stress, sitting at a desk day to day or simply driving in the car. This can also contribute to lower back pain.
