Yin and Yang Yoga Virtual Retreat

The free Yin and Yang Yoga Virtual Retreat will combine yin and yang yoga styles. We will practice a sequence of asanas to help loosen and create fluidity in the hip area, lower back and hamstrings. We will also work on spine strengthening.

About the Event

Spring Yoga Retreat! 

Join us for a free 90-minute Online Spring Yoga Retreat. We will focus on opening the hip joint along with deep stretches for the legs. We will work towards the desired effect of a yin practice on our body and mind as a whole. We will also introduce pranayama for this yin/yang retreat. We'll end the class with a 10-minute meditation.

Class breakdown:

  • Introduction
  • Affirmation Activity
  • Centring
  • Yin Yoga 
  • Meditation (Approx 10 minutes)

Please bring the following:

  • Yoga Mat
  • 2 Blocks
  • 1 or 2 Blankets
  • Yoga Strap
  • Water
  • Pen and Paper
