About the Event
All movement begins and ends with our feet; they are the foundation of our body.
Our feet need to be strong and flexible enough to help us walk, lift and stabilize our body, and withstand the impact of each landing we take with every step. However, some of us suffer from daily aches, pains, and chronic injuries, many of which could be diminished or better controlled simply by increasing the strength and flexibility in our feet.
The additional benefit of strengthening and adding increased flexibility to our feet, we also help to strengthen our hip joint and knees. Essentrics is a full-body workout. For this one-hour, we will focus on building our ankle and foot strength, while working on calves, knees, hips and back.
