About the Event

I've built this program to help strengthen your core, promote good posture as we work towards flattening your stomach. We will incorporate gentle pelvis reset moves that support the entire body along with core strengthening moves. We're going to provide the best pelvic floor exercises are also the best abs exercises as well. Bonus addition will be the pelvic floor breathing exercises.
