About the course
Essentrics simultaneously combines dynamic stretching and muscle strengthening. Essentrics is an equipment-free, bodyweight workout where you are constantly moving.
Essentrics is about rebalancing the body. We work, move, stretch and strengthen all your joints and 650 muscles are challenged. You'll feel better and improve balance due to increased flexibility on your tightest muscle and strengthening your weakest muscle.
Essentrics is enjoyed by people of all ages, all fitness levels, all genders.
