We’re working hard at providing you with a diverse yoga practice and fitness program. Because we’ve just opened our doors, we review and change our class schedule quarterly. We want to provide you with a great experience, online and onsite. We’ll be changing our class schedule to include more morning classes this summer.     The free Yin and Yang Yoga Virtual Retreat will combine yin and yang yoga styles. We will practice a sequence of asanas to help loosen and create fluidity in the hip area, lower back and hamstrings. We will also work on spine strengthening.

    The Rest & Renew Online Yoga Getaway is perfect for anyone restless, tired or mentally exhausted. We will practice being present during our Vinyasa yoga practice, Vipassana meditation and pranayama so you can feel better and relaxed. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
