We want to provide you with a great experience, online and onsite. We’ll be changing our class schedule to include more morning classes this summer. This spring online retreat, we will focus on parts of the body associated with Wood. In the Five Element Theory (TCM), we will work on the liver and the gallbladder meridians, also known as a yin/yang organ pair.
