We're currently developing our catalogue of yoga and fitness classes. Please visit us often as you'll be able to enjoy yoga, barre and Essentrics at home or wherever you are with O Flo Fitness.  What makes O Flo Fitness so special is that we'll also offer live & interactive yoga and fitness classes, where you participate in real-time. Yin Yoga may seem passive or soft, the practice can also be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

 

Essentrics

Essentrics helps to create a balanced body. It builds strength in your muscles to improve your movement, and your mobility is enhanced. Essentrics is a dynamic stretch and strengthening program combining ballet, tai chi, PNF and physiotherapy to help you develop a healthy, toned body.  Essentrics is a gentle, safe, low impact workout that is respectful to the body. No weights or equipment required. Excellent for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. 

 

Vinyasa

Vinyasa or Yoga Flow is an energetic yoga practice where we join the breath with asanas.  As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things.  We enter into a posture, sometimes we hold there for a while and then leave. Vinyasa is synonymous with movement. We move in and out of asana, working towards a meditative state. Vinyasa is a union of heart, mind and body, represented by the beat of your heart. Inhale/exhale - join us.

 

Barre Fitness

We love Barre fitness classes! Barre class is a workout technique inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, and focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body. This program aims to build strength and flexibility — you won’t have to worry about high impact moves, like jumping. We're offering 30 minutes to one-hour full body ballet barre workouts. You'll need a sturdy chair, yoga mat, free weights, exercise bands and exercise balls. 

 

Chair Yoga & Fitness

We practice chair yoga sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga incorporates adapted yoga poses, traditional stretching techniques and core work. It is ideal for people with limited mobility and older adults. Corporations and businesses also enjoy chair yoga, as many people can take our chair yoga classes without leaving their offices.

 

Mobility Program Training

Whether you are looking to jumpstart your fitness after some time away,  ready to push yourself to the next performance level or recovering from an injury or surgery, investing in mobility training can help you achieve your fitness and health goals. All training programs include guidance and personalized plans to meet your goals and designed to your body type. 

 

When you trust me with your time and your body, my commitment in return is to give you the most effective, fun and appropriate workout for you. Mobility programs are personalized, and training sessions are available for individuals or groups of up to four.

 

Mobility Program is ideal for people who:

  • Want to increase flexibility and overall mobility

  • Want a muscular definition without bulk

  • Have tight hips, back and shoulders and need to increase the range of motion

  • Has an injury, is in recovery and wants to keep their body active

  • Have past injuries and now need a safe workout

  • Want a workout to help relieve pain

  • Are runners, cyclists, spinners or training for an endurance event (marathon, etc.)

O Flo 

O Flo classes combine yoga poses, strengthening exercises and moving energy. Expect hard work with fast and slow pace combined with strength sequences and a few minutes of breathwork and stillness at the end. O Flo is a body weight-based class with challenging reps. You'll work on push-ups, planks, squats, lunges and core work. Visit our class schedule to register here.

Live Stream Yoga & Essentrics Classes

Please check out our schedule of online classes.  We try to provide a variety of yoga, barre and Essentrics classes during a 3-month session.
