Whether you're looking for something new or a favourite style of yoga, O Flo Fitness is creating new online fitness classes. We aim to have a variety of fitness classes that match your lifestyle with a growing library of online videos for you and your family. Because O Flo Fitness is new, so I am pleased to offer these classes at no cost. Practicing yoga together—even virtually—is a great way for all of us to feel a little more grounded and connected during this turbulent time.
Workshops & Retreats

This spring online retreat, we will focus on parts of the body associated with Wood. In the Five Element Theory (TCM), we will work on the liver and the gallbladder meridians, also known as a yin/yang organ pair.
- Sun., Jun. 13Online EventJun. 13, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. EDTOnline EventHeart-opening poses serve us best when we practice them earlier in the daytime, as they tend to be a bit stimulating. Therefore, before moving into peak heart-opening poses, we will move through a 20-minute vinyasa practice that includes sun salutations with baby backbends, cobra and locust pose.
